An ideal and economical method for printing logos on t-shirts and uniform jerseys. Price is determined by the quantity of prints and number of colors in the design. (Minimum of 12).
Ideal for printing smaller logos (left chest) on golf shirts, jackets, bags, caps and toques. Logos can be sewn directly unto garments ususally 2-3" in size. Direct embroidery is often used to print individual names, numbers and positions on many different types of apparel. Price is determined by the quantity of prints, logo complexity and total number of stitches applied. Set-up charges apply.
Large logos can be sewn down using a combination of embroidered stitch, and a material such as twill. Logos may also be sublimated (dyed) onto a twill fabric and sewn onto garments. Most often used for full front hockey jerseys or on the back of jackets. Set-up charges apply.
Names and/or numbers can be applied to garments in various ways.
Pre-aligned film - Heat applied available in various fonts, sizes and colors.
Screenprint - directly printed on garment 1-2 color(s) set-ups apply.
Twill - Letters sewn directly to the garment, various fonts, sizes and colors.
Direct Embroidery - 1”-2” names/numbers stitched directly on garment.
A process of dyeing colors and designs directly into the fabric of the apparel. Custom colors, logos, names, and numbers can be included into a single process. Look for special custom sublimated products throughout our catalog.
Direct to Garment Digital Printing (DTG)
Any design can be digitally printed directly on natural fiber garments such as cotton t-shirts. Ideal for high detail designs of 36 or less items.
