DECORATION METHODS
At Team Outfitters, we offer a wide variety of ways you can customize or personalize your team and/or corporate apparel. 

 

 

Direct Screen Printing

An ideal and economical method for printing logos on t-shirts and uniform jerseys. Price is determined by the quantity of prints and number of colors in the design. (Minimum order of 12 pieces).

Direct Embroidery

Ideal for printing smaller logos (left chest) on golf shirts, jackets, bags, caps and toques. Logos can be sewn directly unto garments usually 2-3" in size. Direct embroidery is often used to print individual names, numbers and positions on many different types of apparel. Price is determined by the quantity of prints, logo complexity and total number of stitches applied. Set-up charges apply.

Cresting (Applique)

Large logos can be sewn down using a combination of embroidered stitch, and a material such as twill. Logos may also be sublimated (dyed) onto a twill fabric and sewn onto garments. Most often used for full front hockey jerseys or on the back of jackets. Set-up charges apply.



CAD-Film Heat Transfer Vinyl

Heat transfer materials are cut with vinyl cutter and applied with a heat press to customize a variety of apparel, including sports jerseys, T-shirts, performance apparel, bags, jackets, and more. 


Digital Printing (DTG)

Any design can be digitally printed directly on natural fiber garments such as cotton t-shirts. Ideal for high detail designs of 36 or less items.
